  • Rooms that are already furnished gain little, so we recommend staging the empty or dated ones.

Is virtual staging allowed on the MLS?

Rules differ by MLS and brokerage. Label staged images as virtually staged and keep the original photos available. Check with your MLS if you are unsure.

Do you offer 3D tours?

Not at the moment. The reel is a short pan and zoom across staged photos, which is quick to make and suits social feeds.

What do you need from me?

The listing link or the original photos. Wide, well-lit shots of empty rooms give the best results.

Can a brokerage get a recurring arrangement?

Yes. A monthly retainer is available. Email us how many listings you handle and we will quote it.
